crash/catapult/float
Crash/Catapult/Float is a sci-fi installation and performance piece about the magnificence of our planet - a love letter to what has been and a song for the future.
Using multiple cameras, screens and an interactive set alongside the live performers, the human body onstage is another player equal to every other element – an attempt to tell a different kind of story where the human aspect doesn't take precedence.
Inspired by the Golden Record of 1977 - intelligence sent into space designed to capture the entirety of human existence onto a single disk - C/C/F is a living time-capsule for here and now; a space to celebrate the beauty and complexity of life, and to ask what we leave behind when we’re gone.
Crash/Catapult/Float will have its world premier in October 2026.
